Gite Rental
in the heart of a Languedocian Village
The Gites
We
can offer you the choice of Luxury Gites, two with a double bedroom with
en-suite facilities. Each gite can accommodate six people in comfort,
having three bedrooms. One unique feature is that 2 of the gites can be
interconnected by opening double doors between the lounge areas. This
allows the accommodation to be used for large family groups of upto 12
people, with a large common area for dining or partying, but retaining
the privacy of 6 individual bedrooms. Ideal for a special event, family
party, or just a Christmas and New Year holiday. For larger special events our function room can offer seated dining for upto 55 people. Contact us for further details.
The gites are individually
furnished and equipped to the highest standard with washing machine, dishwasher,
TV and video. With central heating in each gite we can offer an
all year round luxury.
The Gites look out
on to a courtyard area but each have their own patio with a barbecue for
those convivial warm evenings. Local vineyards provide the perfect source
of wine and to get you started for your first evening
we will welcome you with a choice of locally produced wine.
Situated
within the Courtyard area you will find a world of its own. Surrounded
with high walls the 10 metre swimming pool is the perfect place to relax
and enjoy your holiday.
The Gites are situated
in the centre of the village of Roujan, just northwest of Pezenas. This
village boasts two small restaurants and bars, and the gites are within
walking distance of the village bakers, butchers and grocers.
The region offers excellent opportunities for a variety of holiday activities,
golf, canoeing, horse riding or walking in amongst the beautiful scenery
of the Haut Languedoc National Park, just twenty minutes drive away. Whilst
20kms in the other direction the Mediterranean beaches beckon for those
who prefer the sea and sand. The area is ideally suited for family groups
of all ages and you can can find a variety of activities to entertain the younger members.
